30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Hygiene

Because our tools touch the skin, used items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.

How to start a return

• Email info@inspirepointenterprises.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Customers pay return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for our errors.

Damaged or defective items

Natural stone can break in transit. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost.
